Product availability
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Swish Printing will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.

Payment policy
Printing orders require full payment upon placing of order. In some instances free artwork design will apply, unless specified as an extra.

Artwork
Artwork is to be supplied in printable PDF format, unless design is included iin our fee.
A proof design will be sent to the client to approve before printing.
Once artwork is approved, any changes thereafter will result in additional charges.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, once artwork is approved printing takes between 4 working days for most products but can take up to 14 working days in production delays. Once printing is completed our courier delivery within South Africa is done within 48 hrs. Swish Printing

Delivery fees
Delivery fees will be payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Large volumes of printing will require a custom quotation for delivery and will be quoted when required.

Return and Refunds policy for printing
The provision of goods and services by Swish Printing is subject to availability. Should any changes in availability affect your order, you will be notified by Swish Printing. Once artwork is approved and gone to print, no cancellation will be allowed.
A cancellation can be requested before approval of artwork and start of printing, there will then be a 30% cancellation fee, before any refunds.

Design Services
Designs services are quoted for seperatedly and carry additional charges to printing. Should a client require Swish to amend their current artwork a design fee can be implemented. The client will be notified of any additional design fees. Swish reserves the right to add an additional design fee after 3 reviews and amendments are requested by the client.

Swish Printing reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice as printing costs can be affected by papar industry increases.
Swish Printing will always try to fulfill all orders based on the agreed amounts where possible.

Customer Privacy policy
Swish Printing shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal
information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank electronic transfer (EFT) into the Swish Printing (ITSys) bank account as provided.

Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Swish Printing via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Swish Printing separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate's secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Swish Printing takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Swish Printing chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
